Dawson's Latest

So it's official, Dawson is teething. He has already cut one molar partially through, and the others are coming closer. The molars are just as bad as I remember them with Isaac. Dawson is in a lot of pain, and those who know him know that he doesn't deal with pain very well. The worst of it is I'm leaving him in 2 weeks... with my parents! I already feel bad for them, hopefully they don't hesitate to drug him up... I haven't!

The latest of his words is Jesus. Which of course makes his parents very proud. He started saying it at church last week, and he would point to the pictures of Jesus and say his name. He is very proud of himself, we see a lot of his dimples when he does it because his is smiling and clapping for himself.

Dawson loves animals, especially: ducks, fish, birdies, and dogs. But I think he would love any animal if he saw it.

He loves playing peek-a-boo, but he doesn't like to completely cover his face. He usually gets one eye covered, but that's it.

He is still working on the walking thing, his biggest problem is he claps for himself while he does it, and that makes him lose his balance. But last night we caught him taking maybe even 6 steps? He's coming, but he's really not that good at it yet.
