Easter adventures
Walkie says, "touch the temple, and the temple will touch you." He climbed all those steps to touch the door. The question of the day was, "What do temples have to do with Easter?" Good conversation.

Wow, I'm actually blogging! My life has been so busy, I honestly haven't had time to sit down and type in ages. Walker decided to wake up and play in his crib, and after quite some time I realized that we were going to have a 2 am party. So I got up with him, and he's just hanging out, playing nicely in the middle of the night. I don't know why?
Someone broke G's crib. It's fixable, but a giant bolt is missing, so I'm not sure how to fix it right this minute. We decided to use this as an excuse to make him sleep in his big boy bunk bed in Henry's room. And he did! Maybe this is a good thing at age 4 to get out of your crib.
Speaking of G. being 4, the night of his birthday I was cleaning his bathroom. He walked in, and as I cleaned the mirror, I politely requested that he not paint the bathroom mirror with his wet toothbrush anymore. He answered without hesitation, "I won't anymore. I'm 4 now." And we probably set a record as he went 10 days without painting the mirror. Tonight he painted only a little spot, and was so embarrassed when I caught him that he never admitted to it, but crumbled in shame still. It was good to see him feel guilty, normally he would have laughed in my face. So I guess he is growing up indeed, just slower than I expected.
Henry registered for Kindergarten this week. He got 100% on the assessment, and the teacher came out praising him for being very smart. We spent the evening trying to figure out who taught him his ABC's? I worked on them with Isaac and Dawson, but neither of them got 100% on their assessment. I'm thinking it was luck.
I'm actually working quite a bit and that is keeping me busy. I technically have 4 part time jobs. I don't even dare list them as they are kind of nerdy jobs. But our goal is to pay off our house, and so we are doing everything we can to get there. Only 13 years to go...oh yeah, that is a loooong time left to go, so we better keep working.
Life is just wonderful at the Low house. Our boys are doing great, Dave and I are happily married for nearly 10 years, and we have hope for wonderful things in the future. God has blessed us more than we deserve.
